Our Basic buttercream is smooth and creamy without being overly sweet. It comes in a wide variety of flavors such as Chocolate, Vanilla, Almond, Coconut, Cherry, Coffee, Raspberry, Lemon, Bergamot, Blackberry, etc. We will try to accommodate any flavor requests.
Key Lime Pie - Key lime pie cake filled and frosted with coconut buttercream
Mango Ginger - Mango Ginger cake filled and frosted with saffron buttercream.
Mexican Coffee - The combination of coffee, cinnamon, and chocolate give this cake a unique flavor, best topped with choclate buttercream or rich chocolate ganache
Cannoli - Marsala and cinnamon cake with cannoli cream filling topped with rich chocolate ganache.
Basic Cake Flavors: Almond, Chocolate, Lemon, Marble, Orange, Red Velvet, White, and Yellow
We also offer Cream Cheese Buttercream or Rich Chocolate Ganache (Dark, Milk, or White) all of which can be flavored in a variety of ways.
Basic buttercream (can be either the same flavor as the frosting or another complementary flavor) or Natural Fruit Preserves (Apricot, Peach, Raspberry, Cherry, etc).
Fresh Fruit Purees (Apricot, Strawberry, Raspberry, etc), Chocolate Ganache (Dark, Milk, or White), Pastry Cream (Vanilla, Chocolate , Raspberry, Lemon Curd, etc), Chocolate mousse, or fresh fruit (when in season).
