I love to use modeling chocolate to decorate brownies like the one below. I used a flower cookie cutter to cut out the brownie. I then used the same cutter to cut out a piece of modeling chocolate I rolled out. I attached it to the bottom of the brownie (since it’s the flattest part) using a little raspberry jam as adhesive.
