I started Around the World in 80 Cakes in 2009 after many years of planning and dreaming. The home base for 80Cakes is a custom built and eco-friendly commercial kitchen I designed from scratch. To this day I am a one-woman operation driven by a focus on quality. I bake everything from scratch using all-natural ingredients and my own unique recipes. I transform cakes into works of art, specializing in custom Wedding Cakes, Celebration Cakes, Cupcakes, Decorated Cookies, and Truffles. Please see my Custom Orders page for more information.
