Woodland Wedding Cupcake Tower

woodland-wedding-cake-topperThis adorable woodland wedding cupcake tower was made for a wedding held at Camp Tecumseh in Pittstown, NJ. The top tier was decorated to look like a tree trunk that matched the save the date. The bride and groom owls were handmade out of fondant and decorated with purple flowers, a tie, and top hat. The cupcake flavors were vanilla, gluten-free egg-free chocolate, and blueberry pancake (which I was told were a big hit).

I soon rediscovered my passion for baking and cake decorating. I would always bring back new ingredients and ideas from the places I visited and incorporate them into my cake recipes. Read More…
