This past Wednesday I attended my first bridal show as a vendor and it was an amazing night. I created this beautiful red scroll design wedding cake to put on display at the show. I also made some cake samples and chocolate truffles for the perspective bride’s and their families to try. This three tier cake was made for my cousin and his beautiful wife for their wedding day. The cake was almond cake with chocolate raspberry ganache filling and frosting.
